Our Workshops and Courses

KFM offers financial management workshops and courses which are designed to meet the needs of all staff who work in Non Governmental Organisations.

The overall goal of our training workshops is to equip individuals who work for Non Governmental organisations with relevant financial knowledge and skill to increase their working capacity as well as build their confidence in carrying out financial and other activities.

We understand that no two organisations are the same as they each have unique requirements and face different challenges; therefore all training material is carefully researched and planned to incorporate information which is suitable to the environment in which an organisation operates. Our trainers have a lot of experience in financial management within Non Governmental Organisations. In addition to our open workshop we can also host in-house workshops for 10 or more people.

• Include a follow up on action points which were suggested in the initial workshops
