Kudzai Midzi – Managing Consultant
Kudzai has 15 years auditing and financial management experience and as the founder and Managing Consultant, he has managed the start up and growth of the organisation from a one man band into a regional consultancy covering Sub Saharan Africa. Kudzai has carried out internal audits, financial systems reviews and provided technical assistance to over forty organisations in twelve Africa countries. Prior to establishing KFM, Kudzai served his articles of clerkship with Coopers and Lybrand, worked as a regional audit specialist for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and as an audit consultant managed the internal audit function for seven programme and three support offices of Plan International Zimbabwe.
He holds a BSc in Economics (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe as well as a Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree from the University of South Africa. He is an Associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Zimbabwe.
Runyararo Mushore – Principal Consultant
Runyararo has a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. She also holds an Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe (IOBZ) diploma and is an Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) finalist.
Prior to joining KFM Runyararo was a Finance graduate trainee with a local car dealership where she worked in an accounting department learning all the accounting processes leading to the write up of the financial statements. As a KFM Consultant for the past 5 years, Runyararo has worked with over twenty local and international NGO’s in Southern Africa. She has been involved in reviewing financial systems, reviewing grant reports and assisting clients prepare for external audits. She has also undertaken system’s reviews, provided technical assistance to clients and facilitated financial management training workshops. Runyararo was also instrumental in developing financial guidelines for Trocaire Southern Africa. Runyararo was appointed as a Director of KFM Consultants in January 2009 and she is largely responsible for ensuring that our outputs are of the highest quality.
Rumbidzai Bvunzawabaya - Non Executive Director
Rumbidzai is the founder and Principal of RBM Solicitors, a firm specialising in immigration law based in Coventry England. She holds an LLB Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Mrs Bvunzawabaya was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 15 December 2003.
Rangarirai Midzi - Non Executive Director
Ranga is the Managing Director of Kumba Capital Partners, a local trade linkages and SMME (Small to and Micro to Medium Enterprises) consulting company. He has 14 years experience in banking, SMME consulting and development banking. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is also a certified local trainer with JCI University.
Dennis Mhangami - Non Executive Director
Dennis has been involved in Sales and Marketing of Fast Moving Consumer Goods for over 10 years and worked in Zimbabwe and Zambia. He currently runs a distribution business in South Africa and is also involved in Strategy consulting for small to medium businesses in the region.
Tsitsi Dzinavane - Non Executive Director
Tsitsi has a Bsc Honours in Politics and Administration from the University of Zimbabwe and is currently completing her Masters in Development Studies with the University of South Africa (UNISA).
Ms Dzinavane has over seven years experience in development work in Zimbabwe. Her main areas of focus is providing technical assistance to civil society organisations in proposal development, report writing, gender budgeting, policy development and and financial reporting.
